Active in the medical field for 31 years, Dr. Rajat Prakash is an internal medicine physician who has worked for multiple health care organizations. Today, Dr. Rajat Prakash is a primary care physician with Integrated Medicine Men’s Health.

Dr. Prakash started his career in internal medicine in 1994, working in private practice. From 1996 to 2012, he worked for Humana Healthcare and Advocate Healthcare, in addition to working with his private practice patients. In 2013, he provided scribing services for Excellent Medical Services. Beginning 2016, he was also a quality assurance consultant for IM Practice Consultants, where he still offers guidance in the home health care sector. Regal Home Health then hired him as a consultant for quality assurance for home health care in 2017.

In 2024, Dr. Prakash began with Integrated Medicine Men’s Health, a men’s primary care organization. In this role, he cares for patients dealing with issues related to sexual and reproductive health, cardiovascular health, mental health, and cancer prevention and treatment. He also helps patients adopt habits related to healthy nutrition, exercise, and stress management.

Dr. Prakash’s professional activities include memberships to the American College of Physicians, American Society for Men’s Health, American Urology Association, and American Professional Wound Care Association. In addition to his medicine and surgery degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, he has been a research associate at Illinois State Psychiatric Institute and completed his internal medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
